Why did we dine here? – Flour & Water Pizza is the pizza only specialty restaurant from the folks at famous Flour and Water. We’ve eaten there a couple times and gotten to go. During the pandemic, they have a large outside Parklet seating area.
We watched the gentleman making the pizzas in an effort to gleen some tips to improve our Ooni pizza oven cooking. This guy was definitely an expert, he stretched the dough, rolled it sideways and tossed it in the air. Couldn’t learn very much but he really knows what he’s doing. They also sell dough valls.

The server also said that The Hawaiian Pizza ($21) was pretty popular. tasso ham, pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, mozzarella. A little less sweet than most versions, we like this one over the other one. 8.5/10
