Why did we dine here? – Flour & Water Pizza is the pizza only specialty restaurant from the folks at famous Flour and Water. This location opened in 2023, the previous one is run by a former employee and is now called Yellow Moto Pizza. Tony’s Pizza is right around the corner!

We watched the gentleman making the pizzas in an effort to gleen some tips to improve our Ooni pizza oven cooking. This guy was definitely an expert, he stretched the dough, rolled it sideways and tossed it in the air. Couldn’t learn very much but he really knows what he’s doing. You know they are serious when there is a dough room. They also sell dough balls.

Service – Flour & Water Pizza had fair service with a waitress who wasn’t around much.
Verdict – Flour & Water Pizza serves up very good pizza, no surprise since the place is always pretty busy. The salad and service lagged behind and she even forgot an item.. We’ll be back for more pizza.

Is this restaurant worth a 5 minute drive? Yes. 30 minute? Maybe. 1 Hour? No.

Flour & Water Pizza Food Picks:

Caesar Salad ($15) was on the salty side due to dressing. Should have sent it back. 7.5/10

Margherita ($18) was a very good rendition. Its cooked in a gas oven, making for a very crisp bottom, something you don’t see
in most authentic margheritas. 8.5/10
