CHICKEN RUBY (10.90) Tender chicken in a rich silky ‘makhani’ sauce. A good and proper curry redolent with spice and flavour. This is their butter chicken. Not too spicy and well cooked. Not a ton of chicken. 8/10

HOUSE BLACK DAAL (6.50) A Dishoom signature dish — dark, rich, deeply flavoured. It is cooked over 24 hours for extra harmony. (V) Is very richly flavored, great for vegetarians. Use a lot of Naan or rice. 7.5/10

PLAIN NAAN (2.90) Freshly baked in the tandoor. (V) A decent rendition. 2 good sized pieces. Eggless Vegan version available. 7.5/10

A BOWL OF GREENS (3.90) Grilled broccoli, snow peas and kale tumbled with chilli and lime. (V) were nice and sample. Nice broccoli. The kale was a big greasy. 7/10
