Why did we dine here? – Best Steak in the US? Peter Luger is a legendary steakhouse. Our last visit was about 25 years ago, time to dine again. Since 1887 this institution has been packing in meat lovers from all over the world. Most of the folks in the dining room were clearly tourists like us. Remember, its cash only, no credit cards. They also have a location in Great Neck, NY. Our last visit was in 2016. The only thing that changes are the prices.
