					<description><![CDATA[<p>Why did we dine here? &#8211; Roosevelt Cookout is a fun activity in Yellowstone National Park. You can ride a horse or take a horse drawn carriage to a old west, all you an eat dinner cookout. The cooks work in an outdoor location and serve up real cowboy food. You also get real cowboy coffee that has been cooked over an open campfire. Entertainment includes live music complete with fun jokes. We had a great time, even though the food was average, and recommend visitors try this. All-you-can-eat coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, chuck wagon corn, corn muffins, watermelon, and fruit crisp. Vegetarians can be accommodated. Lemonade, ice tea, sodas, and cowboy coffee. $79.90 for adults, $69.38 for kids Insider Tip &#8211; Make reservation for the 1 or 2 hour horse ride at least several months in advance. This only runs during summer. Cuisine &#8211; American Location &#8211; Yellowstone National Park Service &#8211; Roosevelt Cookout was strictly a help yourself to food affair. The workers were fun and made the experience better. Verdict &#8211; Roosevelt Cookout is a must do if you come to visit Yellowstone National Park. The steak is average (it was precooked and then just warmed [&#8230;]</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Why did we dine here? &#8211; Apex is the restaurant located in the Montage Deer Valley Resort. We were on vacation here and wanted some Foie Gras and found that this restaurant served it. This is a very high end hotel that looks beautiful. We came into this restaurant not knowing much about it, but seeing that the Yelp reviews were generally favorable. Insider Tip &#8211; Try this restaurant in both summer and winter season. The view outside is stellar. Cuisine &#8211; American Location &#8211; Deer Valley, Utah Service &#8211; Apex had very good service. Clearly summer is their off season, so there were few guests and few servers. The waiter clearly knew the food and helped guide us through the menu. Verdict &#8211; Apex surprised us with excellent food. We got our Foie fix and some of the best food on our trip here. Be sure to visit the Park City, Utah area in the summer if you love biking, hiking, zip lines, and other fun outdoor activities.
