We were on vacation here and wanted some Foie Gras and found that this restaurant served it. This is a very high end hotel that looks beautiful. We came into this restaurant not knowing much about it, but seeing that the Yelp reviews were generally favorable. Insider Tip – Try this restaurant in both summer and winter season. The view outside is stellar. Cuisine – American Location – Deer Valley, Utah Service – Apex had very good service. Clearly summer is their off season, so there were few guests and few servers. The waiter clearly knew the food and helped guide us through the menu. Verdict – Apex surprised us with excellent food. We got our Foie fix and some of the best food on our trip here. Be sure to visit the Park City, Utah area in the summer if you love biking, hiking, zip lines, and other fun outdoor activities.
