We are lovers of high end lavish buffets and nowhere are they more present than in Hong Kong. Not trying to get our money’s worth, we like trying all sorts of different food, items we would never order! We’ve been to many top ones of the years.  Conrad was our favorite for a long time but only does a Sunday brunch buffet. Also consider The Market buffet. This time we tried the Verandah dinner buffet on a Saturday night. They have buffets at breakfast, lunch and dinner, with more expensive prices on the weekend and holidays. Reservations are a must, they filled up about a week in advance. At lunch and dinnertime, the wide variety of hot and cold appetisers, seafood, salads, entrées, and desserts reflects cuisines from all over the world – including Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
