Why did we dine here? – Lahaina Grill is one of the most popular high end restaurants in the touristy part of Lahaina, Maui. It definitely has a great repuation, and is situated in the midst of a ton of tourist traps. Foodies regularly recommend this restaurant, so we had high hopes. This place fills up fast, so you need to make reservations ahead of time or have to sit at the bar. Insider Tip – Make reservations or sit at the bar. Stick to the top items we list. Cuisine – American Location – Lahaina, Maui Opened – 1990 Service – Lahaina Grill has well dressed waitress, who was very professional and knew the menu well. She wasn’t as present as we would expect in a high end place. Verdict – While Lahaina Grill does serve up very good food, we were not wow’d enough to enthusiastically recommend the place.
