Bourbon Steak has recently reappeared in the Westin Saint Francis. Deja Vu. We were last here about 15 years ago. Since then, prices have risen significantly. Steaks start at $70. it is Expensive, so let’s get that out of the way. The space is dark, clubby and loud with modern music. You can eat steak at Harris from a less. Frankly, I think it’s wise to order non-steak items. Yeah it is hard to cook a steak to high heat at home. But.. We saw one table sharing the lobster pot pie, $125 dollars for 3 people, for cheaper than the steaks here. You get a free fry appetizer, so don’t over do appetizers. We spend over $120 per person without drinks or dessert. We paid under $100 at Arquet the week before for a probably better meal. Michael Mina is all over this place, he was present when we were dining, shaking hands of several diners.
