This location is situation in the LOUD Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. They focus on Japanese food infused with bold South American and Western flavors. Their overwhelming menu has everything from standard sushi and sashimi, to inventive hot and cold dishes and omakase. They have lots of specials that are not on the menu. Most Nobu’s around the world have similar menu items. Decor, Vibe – This dimly lit location had a river rock wall, bamboo divders, scorched ash tables, bar area, and a long sushi counter with several serious looking sushi chefs. Loud pounding beats were playing. As they term it ‘hip locals, chic party goers, and serious connoisseurs’ are usually there. Menu Pictures (Click to zoom into any picture) Website Menu Picks: California Roll ($12) was very good. Real crab and balanced avocado accents. Figured we have to try this just for fun. Edamame ($7) cooked soy beans with sea salt was really good. Hard to believe something so mundane is special, but this is a must get appetizer.
