					<description><![CDATA[<p>Solbar is a beautiful restaurant located in the Solage resort and Calistoga. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner and received one Michelin star in 2011. Brandon Sharp who recently worked at Gary Danko And French Laundry, is the chef. They focus on using organic, sustainable, and the freshest, ripest ingredients, including vegetables from their outdoor garden. Why did we dine here? &#8211; We were staying at this beautiful resort, so it was pretty obvious that we should try out the restaurant. Our package included breakfast, so this meal was a no-brainer. Insider Tip &#8211; Stay in their hotel in check out there state-of-the-art spa. Come to Solbar for dinner to really test their cooking. Cuisine &#8211; New American Location &#8211; Calistoga Opened &#8211; 2007 Service &#8211; Service during breakfast was adequate but nothing outstanding. Verdict &#8211; Solbar serves up a solid breakfast with portions and quality to spare. Solbar Menu features all the classic dishes and side orders.
