Is this still the Best buffet in Vegas? The Caesars Bacchanal Buffet was the latest and greatest buffet to open in 2012. They spent $100 million to create the best buffet in Vegas. 25,000 square feet of gluttony. Some have called it the next great buffet after Wynn and Bellagio, so we had to give it a visit.  The only other top rated buffet we have not tried in Vegas is the Palms AYCE.
