No, that is not correct. Zhongsan is in southern China, Guangdong Province.

it was a must order item for tourist like us! We could tell that it wasn’t going to be tasty, but more of a greasy thin dough ball. This restaurant is pretty famous for squab and a must visit for tourists passing through.
