Prather Ranch serves up some mean hamburgers and hot dogs along with excellent meat to bring home.

Farmer’s Market

Saturday from 8 AM to 2pm, brings a large farmers market to the Ferry Building, along with several tasty food vendors. There is also a farmers market on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 2 PM. The Thursday market has some street food vendors.

The burgers from Prather Ranch and 4505 Meats or Porchetta sandwich at Rolli roti are great.

Sit down restaurants

The Slanted Door is clearly the marquee restaurant in the Ferry Building. With a blend Vietnamese Fusion, we have found that it largely lives up to its hype.

For something a little more casual, try the Hog Island Oyster Company for some fresh oysters and seafood.
