Amazing meal! We have dined at many fine restaurants in Vegas, but this one is the best. Outstanding food, friendly atmosphere (our waiter, Aaron, was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better). We were fortunate enough to get to talk with Chef Eric Klein for a bit, he’s really friendly, and made us a richly-flavored pasta dish with truffles and mushrooms. My wife is allergic to wheat and dairy, and both the chef and our waiter were very respectful of those restrictions, making a gluten-free and dairy-free meal (plus sorbet dessert) that my wife called “heavenly.” For our entree, we had the best steaks we’d ever eaten, and we’ve been to a number of incredible restaurants around the world. Spago might be expensive, but it’s worth it!
