Champagne Restaurant Millbrae Interior Decor

Why did we dine here? – Champagne Restaurant is a more casual sister restaurant to Champagne Seafood in San Mateo. A friend had been here several times and recommended it.
This restaurant is more of a Hong Kong style noodle house but has most of the other restaurant’s menu. Champagne gets a lot of to go business from the folks upstairs.

China Bistro Restaurant Review, San Mateo

Why did we dine here? – China Bistro is a new Chinese restaurant in downtown San Mateo. It is located where HK Causeway Bay was located. This location is no doubt jinxed as restaurants have come and gone here for decades.
The place was fairly full, and had a familiar menu, so we decided to be brave and try this new spot. The chef and the owner have changed although some dishes taste similar to the previous restaurant.

We had Dim Sum Lunch here a week later and found the dim sum of average quality, nothing special. Champagne Seafood across the street is defiantly a lot better.

Quan Jude Roast Duck Restaurant Beijing China Exterior

Quan Jude Roast Duck is the oldest Peking Duck restaurant, having been started in 1864 and has many branches. Quanjude together implies perfection, union, and benevolence. The location we ate at, is one of the newest and is located in North-Sanhuan Haidian District of Beijing. We have been told that other locations are not as good. They have over 60 company-owned and franchised restaurants in China, Hong Kong, and Australia. The chain is closely affiliated with the government.
