Station 1 Restaurant Review, Woodside

Why did we dine here? – Station 1 is a fairly new restaurant that replaced John Bentley’s Woodside location.
Former Commis chef de cuisine Zack Freitas is the chef. This restaurant serves a 3 course prefix meal for a reasonable $54 per person.
We were looking for a fine dining restaurant, in the area, and didn’t want to go with our default option Village Pub.

We recently finished up our latest culinary tour of China in the Summer of 2011. Cantonese Chinese cuisine originated from this area, making it a must visit for those serious about Chinese food.
