Pizza Nostra is a new Italian restaurant by the Chez Papa Resto folks. It has an Italian pizza chef from Naples. They serve Neapolitan-style pizza, focaccia, pastas, and antipasti small plates. Bar Jules is a small restaurant located in Hayes Valley in San Francisco. It opened in late 2007. The owner is a Slanted Door, Zuni Cafe alumni. They specialize in local, seasonal organic produce, and sustainable meat and fish. They have a new short handwritten menu on the wall every day, similar to Ad Hoc. Polker’s Gourmet Burgers is located on the outskirts of Russian Hill in the Polk Street neighborhood shopping district.
