Mingalaba Restaurant is a Burmese and Mandarin Chinese restaurant in downtown Burlingame in the Burlingame avenue shopping district. It has been open since late June 2008. Harris’, The San Francisco Steakhouse has been here since 1984. The restaurant has Old school traditional decor and high quality 21 day dry aged, Mid-western, corn-fed meats.
