S.Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants

S.Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2010 has just been announced.  They actually have a top 100. The big change is that Spain’s El Bulli has been supplanted by Denmark’s Noma as number one on Restaurant Magazine’s annual World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.  Fat Duck dropped to #3. This list seems to be skewed toward molecular gastronomy restaurants.

Alinea in Chicago, is the seventh-best restaurant in the world. It’s the highest ranking restaurant in America. Next comes 8. Daniel, 10. Per Se, 15. Le Bernardin.  French Laundry dropped to 32.
