However, it was not the usual good experience. The bartender filling in for someone on 8/7/11 was surly. The chicken was dried out. We mentioned this to our server who did nothing. We then asked to take the bread and asked for a box. We ended up having to wrap the bread in a napkin. You mention in your ad that it's casual dining. I think your staff is little too casual. The bartender acted as if anything we asked for (a napkin) was just too much trouble. Please see if you can fix these now that we have taken the time to email ou.
