We had a fun time watching this chef at Koi Palace in Daly City make Dragon Beard Candy in celebration of the Autumn Moon Festival. This candies origin dates back over 2000 years.
Ingredients: Carmelized sugar and maltose
Keep Pulling it again and again
Final thin beard strings, add peanuts
Super thin!
Final Product
$8 for 8 pieces.
