We just returned from Paris and ate ate L'Ardoise on two of our five nights. For starters my wife and I would highly recommend the Raviolis of langoustine. Both of their duck dished are very good as well. The one we particularly liked was the one that comes in the small iron pot consisting of two duck legs. This sause too is out of this world. We also had the beef with the incredible sauce. I forget the name of the dish but it is the one that they will tell you can not be well done in that it won't taste as good. They kind of tell you that it is rare but mine was medium rare and OH sdo good. It was served with broiled small potatoes cut in half. Do not miss their cream brulee either for dessert.
