Guy Savoy is my #1 Restaurant in Paris (along with Darroze, Gagnaire and L'Astrance), but when I go there I never pick their à la carte item (which seems, from the prices you have published, to be the case in your review): it is great food, but at that price, nah! I always pick their menu couleurs, textures et saveurs which I believe is a good value considering the equivalent on the à la carte menu.
