We’ve had several decent dinners last year, so we’re shocked that lunch was not very good.
They have lost their luster, but were still fairly crowded

Thanks for braving this place. All I can say is that it has gone downhill as of 10 years ago (approximately) and has not recovered since. But what I do not understand is why a lot of Taiwanese expats that I know of, dig this place. Zen Pen, Asian Pearl are much better choices.
