Hi,
Went to this burger place and was disappointed. I expected so much more from a Keller restaurant. Imagine so much work put into the decor and an ugly plate came to my table with not enough food to fill it...I pictured a black plate with HK on it somewhere. Creatively this food was boring to look at. I never expected to see a bottle of ketchup and mustard exposed at one of HK restaurants, it is not a good look for any restaurant. The burger was really great but the fries were cold and with little flavor. I expected a homemade pickle, special HK onions, and a selection of unique sauces for the bun to pair with my choice of burgers. Now that would be a HK menu. What happened? HK you can do so much better and I believe you will.

The first day of the year we went to San Francisco location. We really were very disappointed from service to food.
We had to wait for 1:20 when the hostess told us the waiting was of 30 min.
When we got seated the table was dirty and with chocolate on the seat not to
mention that I was wearing a nice white coat. The waitress was kind of dirty looking and took to long in attend us. The food, well, We were expecting a nice burger, but we got dry horrible burger. I asked to have Jalapenos on it, usually in other places they saute them this was uncooked. My husband asked for medium no cheese burger and he got a nice hard chard-broil burger. We were a family of 5 adults from 14 to 40's. The music was too loud we couldn't have a nice conversation. I asked for an example of milk shakes and the caramel was bacon at the finish huggg! (I'm a wine maker.) The price was expensive I can get better burger in Phyllis San Rafael. Well, this experience was too bad and certainly we will not go back there. Sorry that the name of one of my favorites chef's are behind!
