They aren’t open for breakfast, lunch is the earliest you can visit them. We tell friends to just order what we recommend when unfamiliar with the food. We’ve had folks actually show the waitress the pictures on their smartphone!

I have limited exposure to shanghainese cuisine (?) but love stir fried rice cakes and those dumplings look good too. Is it open for breakfast I hope?
