Chaat is North and West Indian Hawker Food and Viks does it quite well.

When they started in the early 90s, it was 2.50 a plate and now it is twice that. The food is still cheap but for the price they should bus the tables keep the place clean. Self-service is great but come on, I am surprised the Food Dept does not catch them.

For the Review above -- the dish ordered was a Dosa which is not their specialty nor is it Chaat
