It was without a doubt the best bbq pork sandwich I've ever had...the seasoning was amazing. They serve it without any sauce and you add however much you want, which surprised me. Dreadful costumer service. We went there today for lunch (an hour drive from where we live), only to find out that you can only get a free meal on the exact day of your birthday (fair enough), that the group picture service they provide was not available because the camera was broken, that the bull was not working, and that - so they say - they had been very busy the night before so they were out of tri tip, baby back ribs and beef ribs, but we could have a salad if we wanted one...fancy that! When we asked to speak to the manager, this guy came out and told us that we had an attitude as there was food available, and that seen how upset we were, he was not sure he wanted to help us out. Needless to say, we left. If what you want to do is spend too much money for not very good quality food and bad costumer service, then this is the place for you. Us? Never again!! When you BBQ over coals, you will be able to smell the charcoal. This BBQ appeared to have been boiled first and then place over a gas BBQ. There was no seasoning, no flavor and worst off, when you cut between the ribs, the meat just fell off the bone. Anyone who has the slightest ability to BBQ knows that the meat has to be attached to the bone.
