For some reason, the yogurt tastes "grainy" and has a watery texture. Yes . . . there are many flavors to choose from and all sorts of toppings, but the quality of the yogurt leaves a lot to be desired. What ever happened to the creamy texture and rich taste you got at TCBY and Penguins back in the 80's I guess those days are gone.
